Mr. Hanapi founded HMZ Power Engineering Sdn Bhd. Apart from be- ing the founder, he also a competent contractor. He provides services in Mechanical Engineering and Maintenance of Buildings for more than 15 years. His competencies has solved all problems faced by the clients and had embarked on a new venture to manage and maintain stratified properties to ensure good service and satisfaction is provided to its clients and ensuring a good, clean and reputable service.

As the Managing Director and Competent person of HMZ, his struggle, dedication and the positive attitude earned him a reputation for providing the excellent services to customers. He is committed to ensuring a steady growth of company in the long terms dedicated to providing top quality of the cli- ents service that meets with our clients demands and therefore where possible we aim to expand and grow with our clients

He always assesses his strengths and weaknesses, he pursues training and development opportunities, Strives to continuously build knowledge and skills, constantly improv- ing and shares expertise with the HMZ team to serve the clients better. He aims to boast more vehicles and to large employed workforce with our core of specialist and make a greatest services team.

MUHAMMAD SYUBAILI BIN SHUIB

Electrical Engineer

Mr. Syubaili has more than 13 years experience in this field of M&E Engineering. He used to design and implement electrical system for complex industrial, Building, commercial etc. However, he able to be a wider field than this, including area beyond building design and construction, such as; large-scale power generation and transmission, infrastructure controls, industrial installation and so on.

As an M&E Engineer, he know that it’s an incredibly important to the world we live in today. He help to provide systems and machinery that we simply couldn’t live without and needed to help businesses in a wide range of sectors thrive. To attain a career, he gives a splendid exposure of technical skills, significant experience where knowledge can be used in order to achieve one goal which is to become professional engineer and will strive to ensure it happen.

Acting as M&E Engineer, he is responsibilities to monitor and supervise engineering, Construction, Installation, testing and commissioning work of all panel installation inclusive relay calibration, inter panel intertripping wiring, and power schemat- ic testing for High Voltage(HV) Switchgear, Transformer and Low Voltage (LV) panels at Comp act Substation, and related buildings. Guide and Assist, Engineer, Low voltage Chargeman for Electrical System in the project to fulfil the Requirement, Energy Commission Regulation and Technical Standard.

MOHD KHAIRIL AZRI BIN ABDUL AZIZ

Maintenance Manager

Mr. Khairil has more than 10 years experience in this field of Building Maintenance Service. he had steadily climbed the corporate ladder from a Technician to a Chargeman cum Elec- trical Supervisor in the larger corporate and finally as the Maintenance Manager of HMZ Power Engineering Sdn Bhd.

As the He knows today’s Maintenance Manager need to be both skilled critical thinkers and problem solvers in order to manage the maintenance budget, supervise a team of technicians, prioritize work and stay on top of the services. He continuously learning and doing all of these things to processing lots of information quickly, and making quick, effective decisions.

Having the ability to develop people is an important skill for a Maintenance Manager, he constantly creating the culture of better- ment in HMZ and make the long-term of his career development on one of his top priority and lead to a high performing, productive and motivated the maintenance team.
